Fashion houses Chanel and Gucci have sued a 15-year-old boy in Sweden for alleged trademark infringement after customs agents seized scores of bootleg sunglasses sent to him from China.

In separate lawsuits filed at a court in Goteborg, western Sweden, the companies demanded that the teenager pay for the destruction of the 113 pairs of sunglasses, which carried Chanel and Gucci logos. They also want him to cover their legal costs in the case.
