Norwalk, Conn., father-and-son attorneys Norton and Stephen Feinstein now both have their criminal misconduct to thank for the permanent loss of their law licenses.

According to Chief Disciplinary Counsel Mark A. Dubois, Stephen Feinstein, the son, tendered his resignation from the Bar last week and waived his right to reapply in an appearance before Judge Edward R. Karazin Jr. in Stamford Superior Court in Connecticut.
