A federal judge in Los Angeles has ordered an attorney for civil rights lawyer Stephen Yagman to respond to claims made by a "concerned" juror in his criminal trial. Yagman was convicted on June 22 of tax evasion, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering. U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson said a third alternate juror in Yagman's case called the court the day before about a phone conversation placed to her home by Mi Kim, one of Yagman's attorneys.
