Lawyers for the staff attorneys serving Fulton County's Superior Court judges are fighting to revive an action the clerks brought to win salary raises. The clerks asked for their pay to be raised to match that of staff attorneys for the county. Last month a DeKalb County Superior Court judge dismissed the clerks' case. The clerks' lawyers then filed a motion for reconsideration, asserting that the judge wasn't aware of all the county regulations pertaining to personnel and pay issues.
