A number of Pennsylvania firms have been ramping up their efforts to service Israeli clients that have business opportunities in the United States. Last week class action firm Schiffrin Barroway Topaz & Kessler announced it had entered into a strategic alliance with Israeli-based firm Man-Barak Advocates & Solicitors. Schiffrin Barroway partner Darren Check says recent changes in Israeli law have created opportunities for U.S. firms to do legal work for Israeli companies in Israel and in the United States.
