Heller Ehrman has recruited three intellectual property partners from the New York office of King & Spalding, which has itself recruited a New York IP partner from Goodwin Procter.

Kevin Culligan, W. Edward Bailey and John Hanish will join Heller Ehrman as partners specializing in patent litigation. All three were former partners at New York intellectual property boutique Fish & Neave, where Bailey once served as managing partner and Culligan was a member of the management committee.
