The New Jersey Supreme Court has resolved, Solomon-style, a dispute concerning which side’s outside expert should shake the bugs out of the state’s new drunken driver testing device, the Alcotest 7110.
Both the State and the Defendant are to hire their own expert, and a special master will try to make sense of the resulting reports.
