Former Drinker Biddle & Reath partner Kenneth Greenberg and of counsel Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky joined Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young late last month. The attorneys maintain the same titles at their new firm and will practice in Stradley Ronon's investment management and mutual funds group. Greenberg said Drinker Biddle's recent merger with Gardner Carton & Douglas had nothing to do with his departure, and that he was attracted to the larger size and growth plans of the Stradley Ronon group.
