Gregory Rutchik's book, "Entre-Porn-Eur," is geared toward clients who want to make sure the content they're hosting respects federal regulations. According to Rutchik, who is often cited as an expert on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, knowing the content regulations is beneficial not just for adult sites, but also companies such as YouTube.com, which offer mainstream content but are also a distribution channel.
