The court's Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education is holding a public hearing on May 18 at the New Jersey State Bar Association's annual meeting and issued a notice to the Bar this week inviting the submission of written comments. New Jersey is late in coming to MCLE. There are mandatory programs in 42 states and Puerto Rico.
