After more than a year of waiting, James Pooley is finally joining Morrison & Foerster's Silicon Valley office -- a client conflict that got in the way right after the firm announced the addition of the IP litigator has finally cleared. The eight lawyers from the firm Pooley formed in the meantime, Pooley & Oliver, will join MoFo, too. "I'm just as excited now as I was 15 months ago," Pooley says. "In fact, a little more excited, because I've had my appetite whetted by spending time with my partners to be."
