Day Pitney went public last week with plans it hopes will make it instantly more attractive to corporations clamoring for larger numbers of minority attorneys on their outside counsel teams.
The question is how general counsel will look upon the firm’s new “strategic alliance” with Gray Haile, a minority-owned corporate law boutique based in Washington, D.C.
