Toby Goodman pushed through state legislation to require divorcing couples with children to prepare "parenting plans" that included each parent's rights and duties. Now, leaders of the Family Law Section and the section-created Texas Family Law Foundation are trying to undo Tindall's and Goodman's handiwork, saying the law is too costly for families.
