John Waters Brings His Singular Strangeness to New Court TV Show About Murder

Film director John Waters, of "Hairspray" and "Pink Flamingos" fame, is hosting Court TV's first scripted show, "'Til Death Do Us Part." As the show's Groom Reaper, Waters guides viewers through half-hour dramatic vignettes based on true crimes about married couples who off one another. If anyone can turn the show into something singular, it's Waters, whose fascination with crime goes way back. "I was a Court TV reporter for MYSELF before there was Court TV," he says, "because I went to trials on my own."
