But landlord Laurie Raye says the ad, posted last weekend on the craigslist Web site, was fake. After the ad appeared, the property was stripped of the light fixtures, the hot water heater and even the front door. Raye said craigslist told her it would need a subpoena or search warrant to release information about who posted the ad.
