More than 100 custodial workers at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, who were not hired by new NSU contractors after the workers sought to unionize, are seeking federal sanctions against the school.

Local 11 of the Service Employees International Union asked the National Labor Relations Board to file a petition to have the workers reinstated until the case, which alleges anti-union activities, is resolved.
