Just weeks after announcing a London office, Heller Ehrman grabbed three heavyweight corporate lawyers from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr to bolster its new outpost. Richard Eaton, Christopher Grew and Struan Penwarden will add their emerging companies and corporate technology practices to those of the three Heller partners already slated to open the office. The firm will also be recruiting associates; Heller Chairman Matthew Larrabee said he hopes to have 25 lawyers in that location at year's end.
