Coping with breast cancer has left her with a feeling she’s set apart from most people, federal court jurors in Little Rock, Ark., were told last week by a woman who claims her cancer was caused by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals’ hormone-replacement drugs.

“I felt terror and desolation and despair, but I also felt this weird thing,” Helene Rush testified. “I felt ashamed to be a cancer victim. … I still feel like I’m significantly different [from people who have not had cancer].”
