It turns out his trademark application was the one-millionth filed online with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Also recognized by the PTO were Mattel Corp., the biggest corporate filer of trademark applications, and Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, a New York law firm that is a prolific filer of trademark applications.
