A lawsuit challenging the inclusion of civil immigration records in a national crime database was dismissed Monday by a federal judge in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Eastern District of New York Judge I. Leo Glasser ruled that the plaintiffs, a collection of immigrant advocacy organizations, did not have standing to sue because they failed to plead an actual injury to any of their members.
