Just a few months after acquiring a labor and employment boutique in New Jersey, Fox Rothschild has set its sights on a six-attorney New York firm that focuses on estate planning and administration, and corporate and nonprofit work. Fox Rothschild COO Mark L. Silow said the firm acquired Young Moriwaki & Greenfader both to cross-sell a larger platform to businesses owned or operated by Young Moriwaki's client base, and to build on the boutique's connections to Asian communities.

A few months after its acquisition of a 50-plus attorney labor and employment boutique in New Jersey, Fox Rothschild has set its sights north on a smaller boutique in New York.
The firm has acquired six-attorney Young Moriwaki & Greenfader, which has offices in Manhattan and Tarrytown, Westchester County.
