SUPREME COURT
Here's one top 10 list that David Letterman won't have. Attorney Daniel V. DiLoretto picks the year's top 10 workers' compensation decisions in Pennsylvania that impact defense practices. Among them, several from the state's Supreme Court, including a decision that broadened the scope of compensable injuries by essentially reopening mental/physical injuries to claimants and one that clarified when employers would avoid penalties for failing to pay compensation benefits within 30 days of a judge's decision.
