Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart recently acquired four-attorney Simon Moran, giving the labor and employment firm a Philadelphia presence. After Jan. 1, Ogletree Deakins will have 350 lawyers located in 28 offices, including Dallas, Phoenix, Miami and Los Angeles. Gray Geddie, Ogletree Deakins' managing shareholder, said he anticipates the Philadelphia office growing to about eight to 10 attorneys in the labor and employment areas within the next three years.
