Lots of people make New Year's resolutions, and then joke about how they never keep them. But apparently not general counsel. In 2005 Corporate Counsel asked a few top lawyers to list their resolutions -- and this year, they followed up. Perhaps there were a few too many overachievers, because the group had impressive results. Among the achievements: one GC lost over 100 pounds, one picked the Kentucky Derby winner and another worked to accumulate fewer frequent flyer miles this year.
