A Maryland attorney says her reputation is at stake since a woman assumed her identity -- allegedly for the purpose of having sex with a prison inmate. Police said Tiffany Gwen Weaver forged documents and claimed to be an attorney for inmate Jason Moody, who is serving 30 years for manslaughter. Once alone, Weaver and Moody started having sex, court documents say. Weaver carried a Maryland State Bar Association Security Identification Pass, with photo, identifying her as Amanda Sprehn.
