The 4th District Court of Appeal on Wednesday reinstated a motion alleging discovery abuses in a Benlate fungicide case by chemical manufacturer DuPont.
The motion potentially could lead to stiff punitive damages and cause the case — which DuPont won on appeal — to be retried.
