The firm announced Wednesday that it will be opening a four-lawyer London office by year's end, marking its first foray into Europe. The new office -- the second international one for the firm, which received a license for its Shanghai office in August -- will focus largely on real estate finance and will be staffed by lawyers from the firm's U.S. offices.
