A New Jersey-based solo attorney has been censured for twice pinching his secretary's buttocks. Ronald M. Sims, a member of the New York Bar since 1974, was convicted in December 2003 in New Jersey of harassment. The New Jersey Supreme Court censured Sims in November 2005, and last week the Appellate Division, 1st Department in New York granted a departmental disciplinary committee petition for reciprocal discipline and also censured Sims.
