A New York law firm has lost its attempt to keep under wraps a suit charging it accepted payments from its clients' employer in return for keeping their discrimination claims out of court. U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Falk denied motions by the firm, Leeds Morelli & Brown, and co-defendant Nextel to keep the case under seal. The six named plaintiffs claim they and 581 other Nextel employees were sold out by the firm, whom they retained to pursue discrimination claims against the company.
