A lawyer who drove drunk and had an accident, causing a 61-year-old woman to break her ankle, should receive a reprimand as discipline, New Jersey legal ethics authorities said Monday.

Despite the seriousness of his victim’s injuries, the Disciplinary Review Board urged the state Supreme Court to impose the lightest possible sanction on Flanders solo Donald Fedderly in light of his clean ethics history and the substantial mitigating factors he presented.
