A lawsuit by the family of a man who died after eating at a Camden, S.C., restaurant has been settled for more than $700,000.

James Arledge, 58, of Lugoff, S.C., died in May 2005 from cardiac arrhythmia related to salmonella poisoning after eating undercooked turkey at Old South restaurant. The largest salmonella outbreak in state history left about 300 people sick.
