U.S. District Judge Mary Cooper granted summary judgment to plaintiff Cybersettle, holder of a 2001 patent for a computerized dispute resolution system and method. Cooper enjoined further infringement but postponed resolution of Cybersettle's claim that the defendant, NAF, acted willfully.
