Last July, former General Electric Co. engineer Hemant K. Mody convinced a federal jury that the Fairfield, Conn.-based conglomerate was engaging in illegal age, race and national origin discrimination. It awarded him over $12 million.
Now Mody’s challenge is to hang on to it.
