Solo practitioner John A. Aretakis was originally ordered to retrieve the documents, but now Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Debra A. James has issued a follow-up written decision, granting Luce's application for a preliminary injunction prohibiting Aretakis from "disclosing and disseminating" discovery material.
