Idaho headquarters to the company's corporate offices in Minnesota over the next 18 months. Supervalu acquired about 1,100 grocery stores from Albertson's in June when the Boise-based supermarket chain was split into three parts and sold. An investment consortium and the drugstore chain CVS Corp. acquired the other parts.
