Sean Berkowitz, the director of the Justice Department's Enron Task Force in the trial of Jeffrey Skilling and the late Kenneth Lay, will join the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, the law firm announced Thursday. The announcement came on the heels of Enron co-prosecutor John Hueston joining Irell & Manella. At Latham, Berkowitz will handle white-collar cases and litigation outside the criminal realm, and also assist transactional lawyers in corporate governance matters.
