Embattled class action firm Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman has brought aboard a new senior partner. Matthew Gluck joins the firm from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he had been a litigation partner since 1973 but was facing mandatory retirement. The addition follows a number of partner departures from Milberg Weiss, which was indicted by federal prosecutors in May for allegedly paying kickbacks to plaintiffs.
