Richmond, Va.'s LeClair Ryan has opened a New York office with three partners, who bring a combined background in bankruptcy litigation, in-house work, and white-collar and securities law. LeClair Ryan has approximately 140 lawyers. In addition to Richmond and New York, the firm has offices throughout Virginia and in Washington, D.C.
