The going is a bit rough right now for Round Rock’s Dell Inc.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas are nosing around Dell’s financial reporting, and nationally known and feared plaintiffs firm Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman Robbins recently filed a shareholder securities suit against Dell and two officers in the wake of a delayed quarterly earnings report.
