A Manhattan judge has sanctioned a lawyer for stonewalling a onetime law firm associate who is suing the husband who tried to kill her four years ago.

Yonkers lawyer Lawrence A. Porcari is representing Paul F. Farrey, who pleaded guilty in December 2002 to repeatedly stabbing his wife, Donna M. Hughes, on the night of June 17, 2002. Farrey is serving a 5-year prison term.
