A Nassau County, N.Y., judge has ordered a Florida man to serve six months in jail for refusing to pay child support to his ex-wife.
Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Ross found Daniel Porush to be guilty of contempt and sentenced him to 180 days in jail in an Aug. 8 decision, Nancy Porush v. Daniel Porush, 200807-04.
