Companies such as Time Warner Telecom and consumer groups found something to agree on Tuesday at the Georgia Public Service Commission: Stop, or at least slow, the planned merger between AT&T Inc. and BellSouth Corp.
All fear the market clout of the combined companies, which agreed to merge in March in a deal valued at $89.4 billion.
