The death of a witness and the decision of a plaintiffs lawyer to wear black clothes to a trial figure prominently in a wrongful termination suit a court reporter filed against Dallas County last week.
The suit arises from an alleged dispute court reporter Cayce Coskey had with Judge Sally Montgomery of Dallas County Court-at-Law No. 3 over a jury trial held in Montgomery’s court last month.
