Southern District of New York Judge William Pauley has approved a replacement for Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman as lead counsel representing the $140 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund in a shareholder suit against German pharmaceutical giant Bayer.
White Plains, N.Y., class action firm Lowey Dannenberg Bemporad & Selinger was named new lead counsel in an order entered July 17.
