Following a recent string of adverse legal rulings in its patent infringement cases, Rambus Inc. announced Thursday that John Danforth left his position as vice president and general counsel.
Danforth will now serve as a “senior legal adviser” for the Los Altos, Calif., chip manufacturer, according to a company statement. Rambus said Robert Kramer, a deputy general counsel, will serve as acting GC until the position can be filled.
