The New Jersey Supreme Court on June 29 suspended Passaic County Superior Court Judge Randolph Subryan for two months without pay, beginning July 3, after finding credible evidence he kissed a female law clerk against her wishes.
Writing for a unanimous court in In the Matter of Randolph M. Subryan, D-34-04, Chief Justice Deborah Poritz said the justices believed the allegations by former clerk Jennifer Breaton and rejected Subryan’s denials.
