A soccer player has been defeated in his bid for summary judgment against an opposing player who broke the first player’s nose during an adult recreational league match in Nassau County, N.Y.
Plaintiff Francesco Savocchi, now 26, had sought summary judgment on the grounds of collateral estoppel in his personal injury case against Dimitrios Theodoropoulos, now 22.
