A model and his modeling agency are enjoying the sweet smell of success after being granted more than $180,000 in a 13-year-long contract dispute against French fragrance giant Parfums Jacques Bogart.
In Ray Brown v. Parfums Jacques Bogart, 606329/98, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich granted summary judgment in favor of model Ray Brown and Click Model Management, and imposed sanctions based on what she determined was the defendant’s spoliation, or destruction, of evidence.
