A stunned Santa Cruz, Calif., legal community is trying to come to terms with the death of workers’ compensation attorney Jay BloomBecker, who authorities say was gunned down in his office by a disgruntled client last week.
The Santa Cruz County sheriff’s office announced Friday that Angus Macintyre turned himself in after reportedly confessing to a friend that he’d murdered BloomBecker, 61.
