Fox Rothschild has increased its starting salary by $15,000 to $125,000 for the incoming class of first-year associates. The $125,000 starting salary will be offered in all of the firm's offices except Atlantic City, N.J., and Pittsburgh, which will start at $115,000 and $110,000 respectively. Philadelphia office managing partner Scott Vernick says the firm incorporates several types of bonuses in its associate payment system as well.
